FAQs I would like to be kept informed of new products and news. How can I be added to your mailing list? Fabulous :-).Thank you! Just click here to add your name to the mailing list. Are the ceramic mugs dishwasher and microwave safe? Yes. My printer assures me that they are. With respect to the dishwasher, the print quality is 'good' for 500 cycles. It will fade slightly over time, therefore. But because the designs aren't 'stuck' on, but printed onto the mug via heat sublimation (see below), the prints should remain crisp and clear for a long time. Can I only buy what I see in the Mugs 'n Stuff section of your website? If you've seen a Post-it poem that you'd like on a mug etc, but can't see it listed in the Mugs 'n Stuff section, please just email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I'll see if I can sort something out. Some poems have lines that are just toooooo long to fit on nicely. And some simply have too many verses. However, I'm more than happy to give it a go if it's something you've got your heart set on :-). How do I place an order? To order an item, simply click on the product link you're interested in, add to cart, check the quantity is correct, continue to browse and add products, and... when you're ready... then check out. The website will guide you through the process for adding your details (including delivery information) and onto PayPal to pay. As long as your payment is authorised by PayPal, you'll then be brought back to this website and your order will have been placed. You should then receive an email confirming your order from GK Kingsley. And a separate email from PayPal too. What do I do if there's a problem with my order? Email details of your problem to: email@example.com. Is this website secure for taking payment details? You will not be asked to provide your payment details via pages on this site. All payments are processed via PayPal, and your card/payment details are collected by PayPal, not this website. Do you ship outside of the UK? I do. But I'm still in the process of working out delivery rates so you can't order directly via the website for deliveries abroad quite yet. Please just email me with details of what you'd like to order and I'll let you know how much it will cost to ship. We can then sort out payment directly via paypal. I am hoping to have this all automated on the website soon, but please do let me know if you have any suggestions... For more information, or a quote for shipping overseas, just email me: firstname.lastname@example.org. My order includes gifts for a number of people – can I arrange for delivery to several addresses? Many apologies, but you can only arrange for delivery to one address for each order. If you want to send to several addresses, it's best that you do this by making separate orders. The printer charges per delivery address anyway, so you will not be paying more for delivery by taking this approach. Can you tell me more about the printing quality and process? Yup! I have discovered a fabulous company that print items on a one off basis - perfect for my work (and, hopefully, your enjoyment!). That means when you order an item, I liaise with the printer and they 'sort it' for me. They'll print it specifically for you, and send it to you on my behalf. So, that said, I'm dependent on them for the quality of the print, and the samples I've seen are pretty darn amazing. But here is the information they have given me to pass onto you regarding the printing process: All products are printed utilising dye sublimation technology. The process is ideal for personalisation and use in the promotional and gifts industry to transfer full colour photo quality images onto products using ink, heat and pressure. Professional sublimation inks are balanced for final image quality and, through the use of specialist ICC Colour Profiles, the reactive nature of these inks to heat and pressure is taken into consideration, enabling the final printed image to appear as crisp as the digital image it is taken from. Professional sublimation produces bold, vibrant colours with outstanding clarity and photo realistic results. Along with its vibrancy benefits, the inks penetrate the surface so the print is not a surface print and as such it is both scratch and wash resistant. Sublimation is a CMYK process so all 4 colours can be found in every drop of ink printed. This delivers outstanding results but under certain lighting conditions, slight hues of the other colours may be seen when solid block colours (such as black) are imaged because every drop of colour is made up of a mixture of all the inks in every pixel. Some variation may sometimes be seen across mass orders (same image printed many times) or with the same image printed on many different products with different coating, transfer media and density properties.
